By purchasing or using MultiStreamOBS ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Plugin on your own devices for personal or commercial streaming purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or share the Plugin with others.
The Plugin is sold as a one-time payment of €4.99. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. The license covers all updates released for the same major version.
The Plugin is designed for OBS Studio on Windows. We do not guarantee compatibility with all OBS versions, operating systems or third-party plugins. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.
Due to the digital nature of the product, we generally do not offer refunds once the software has been downloaded. However, we will issue a full refund if:

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damage, data loss or service interruptions caused by the use of the Plugin.
The Plugin connects to streaming platforms (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, etc.) via their public RTMP endpoints. We are not affiliated with these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, policies or changes to their APIs.
We may release updates to improve functionality or compatibility. Updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
